We are looking for an experienced Network / Citrix NetScaler Engineer to join a strategic Zero Trust (ZT) initiative, currently in the Micro Segmentation phase.

The project focuses on redesigning the Load Balancer architecture by separating services that currently use shared SNIPs (Subnet IPs) into dedicated SNIPs per service. This transformation is essential to improve security posture, align with CSIRT requirements, and enable full end-to-end (E2E) connection logging on Load Balancers.

The role is part of a large-scale enterprise environment with strong emphasis on security, stability, and compliance with Zero Trust architecture principles.

Network Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Support and delivery of the Micro Segmentation phase within the Zero Trust program
• Analyze existing Citrix NetScaler (ADC) configurations and identify services using shared SNIPs
• Design a new architecture with dedicated SNIPs per service
• Plan subnet allocation and IP addressing schemes for new SNIPs
• Configure Citrix NetScaler, including creation and assignment of dedicated SNIPs
• Migrate services from shared SNIPs to dedicated SNIPs
• Implement and validate end-to-end (E2E) connection logging on Load Balancers
• Troubleshoot issues related to network segmentation and application traffic
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, configurations, migration procedures)

Our requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
• In-depth technical understanding of SNIP (Subnet IP) concepts and management
• Solid knowledge of Zero Trust principles
• Experience with Load Balancer configuration (L4/L7)
• Strong network troubleshooting and traffic analysis skills
• Fluent English
• Experience with micro segmentation / network segmentation projects
• Knowledge of security monitoring, logging, and auditing
• Experience working in alignment with CSIRT / Security Operations requirements
• Background in enterprise-scale network architectures
• Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation
