Adtran in Gdynia is looking for a Network Solutions Engineer for the System Solution and Verification Team. The position involves designing, developing, and conducting a variety of tests, with an emphasis on functional testing. The role requires building solutions based on ADTRAN equipment and collaborating with third-party equipment in technologies such as PON, Carrier and Metro Ethernet, switching, and routing. Additionally, we test new software and hardware products as the first customer to ensure quality.
responsibilities :
Creating and building solutions based on Adtran devices
Covering customer requirements for telecommunications networks, like traffic engineering, switching and routing in access networks
Development and implementation of test topologies
Performing manual and automated tests
Documentation of test procedures and results
Defect reporting and root cause analysis
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar faculty
Familiarity with key technologies such as PON, Ethernet, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching
Good written and spoken English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Linux OS

Understanding of functional and non-functional testing methods
Desire and ability to gain new knowledge
