Network Knowledge: Knowledge on the level of CCNP/CCIE including routing and switching, security (e.g., IPSec, SSL, NMPv3, AAA), HA solutions, and protocols.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (indifferent to technology).

Skills: Experience in advanced network troubleshooting and ease in supporting less experienced engineers.

Certifications: CCNP/CCIE certification required.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Cisco ACI, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, Blue Coat/McAfee proxies, routing multicast, MPLS, Cisco ISE (802.1x/radius/tacacs+), and Cisco WLC (WiFi).

1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
2. Ability to set priorities of tasks within ongoing initiatives.
3. Ability to identify and gather customer requirements.
4. Ability to design technical solutions meeting customer requirements.
5. Ability to provide technical leadership during implementation.
