responsibilities :


  • Serve as the single point of contact for client technical queries related to network operations.
  • Provide clear, professional communication during incident handling and governance meetings.
  • Document and report technical findings and recommendations to the client.
  • Perform day-to-day network administration (LAN/WAN/VPN, routing, switching, firewall).
  • Manage IP addressing schemes, VLAN configurations, and QoS policies.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and capacity planning; deliver scheduled performance reports.
  • Analyze alerts and events from multiple monitoring tools (e.g., network, OS, application layers).
  • Identify patterns and root causes by correlating data across platforms.
  • Recommend improvements for monitoring efficiency and incident prevention.
  • Handle escalations from L1/L2 teams; perform advanced troubleshooting.
  • Drive root cause analysis and contribute to knowledge base updates.

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and correlation analysis.
  • Familiarity with OS and application monitoring concepts.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Shift Pattern: Standard business hours with on-call availability for critical incidents.
  • Client Interaction: Regular governance calls and incident reviews.
