For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Network Engineer
Location: Cracow / remoteJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 monthsRate: up to 115 PLN/h net on B2BStart date: January 2025Remote work: 100% remoteWorking hours: 9-17 + extra hours 

Tech stack: Juniper Networks, WiFi, Data Center, AWS, Azure

What will you do:

• Regional EMEA SME for technical escalation for all Network Infrastructure teams
• Architecture/design and implementation experience in new LAN/WAN deployments for large corporate environment and Data Center solutions based on architectural standards
• Familiar with the concept of new SD-WAN and SD-Access networks from any vendor (Velo SD-WAN/Juniper MIST preferred), any experience in designing, building a configuration and final handover to the production will be a plus
• EMEA Technical SME/product owner for identified/assigned Network Service such as WIFI, LAN, DC, DNS/DHCP, VPN/Client Connectivity
• Project Delivery ownership/responsibility for Regional Projects
• Methodological approach to the faced problems or task with all required check list execution
• Training and knowledge sharing with Regional and Global team members
• Assisting on new technology initiatives, Proof-of-Concepts and service development
• Responsible for enabling newly deployed services with handover documentation to be shared with the CIS Operations team (CIS-OPS)

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor39s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field or the equivalent in training and experience
• Minimum 4 years supporting networking services to include production and technical support
• Experience supporting Large Corporate Network Infrastructure 10,000+ employees
• Regional Technical SME/product owner for identified/assigned Network Service such as WAN, LAN, WIFI, DC,DNS/DHCP, VPN/Client Remote Connectivity
• Project Delivery ownership/responsibility for regional projects handled by CIS
• Assisting on new technology initiatives, Proof-of-Concepts and service development
• Responsible for enabling newly deployed services to be ready for the CIS Operations team (CIS-OPS)
• Juniper SSL VPN, Juniper QFX, Juniper EX, Juniper MX platforms and JUNOS Space monitoring platform
• Infoblox IPAM/DHCP/DNS, knowledge of F5 BIP-IP LTM/GTM or Avi ALB/GSLB will be nice to see
• Experience in new SD-WAN and SD-Access networks will be a big advantage. (Preferred Velo SD-WAN and SD-access by Juniper MIST)
• Network monitoring/diagnostic equipment, interpretation of packet captures using Wireshark tool
• Expert with network documentation tools such as Visio
• Wifi heatmap design experience using different available market tools
• Baseline knowledge of VOIP, and Convergence Technologies including QOS on LAN and WAN
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, and VRRP protocols
• Practical experience in programming and scripting tools/languages such as ansible and python with networking
• Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
