Currently, we are looking for a Network Engineer. This role will be critical at the current stage of the project. We are looking for a professional who, beyond hands-on network configuration, will also serve as a trusted advisor, supporting architectural decisions and best practices.

Our client delivers cutting-edge software-defined WAN, LAN, and Security managed services, complemented by advanced network analytics, enabling enterprises to simplify, optimize, and gain full control over their global network infrastructures.
Working hours: 9 am-5 pm CEST (the team is based in Poland).
responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in multi-vendor networks, including platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, HPE
Provide engineering teams with network expertise to facilitate solution development
Partner with cross-functional teams to securely design and integrate IT and OT network infrastructures
Define, document, and enforce network standards, policies, and operational best practices
Assess emerging networking technologies and develop strategic recommendations for adoption
requirements-expected :
Working knowledge of edge computing architectures and concepts
Hands-on expertise with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless
Solid grasp of core networking protocols and services, such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, STP, VTP, OSPF, and BGP
Strong understanding of SNMP protocol
Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams
Strong understanding of both IT and OT networking environments
Awareness of network security principles and industry best practices
