Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions. Diagnosing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN/SDN/Cloud network. Managing and administering computer network monitoring. Creating documentation and procedures. Providing technical support to development and business support teams. requirements-expected : Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies. Knowledge of at least Cisco CCNA/CCNP level Practical knowledge of network security. Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet network devices like firewalls, switches, routers Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/SDN networks. Good knowledge about routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). Good knowledge about VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec) Knowledge in network infrastructure monitoring, observability, alerting would be a great plus Experience in Cisco ACI and Cloud Networking would be a great plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7. Good spoken and written English skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
