Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed design documentation and execution plans
2. Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of systems
3. Provide deployment support to ensure alignment with design specifications
4. Analyze and understand business challenges, objectives, and operational environments
5. Drive continuous service improvements and process optimization
6. Collaborate with internal and external clients and respond to escalated issues
7. Plan and deploy global DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions
8. Integrate systems with AVS/VxRail stacks, forwarding, and delegation resources
9. Conduct thorough root cause analyses for any production outages
10. Implement scalable and repeatable processes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity
11. Serve as a key point of contact for engineers handling incidents and changes
12. Utilize production monitoring tools to ensure systems remain operational and available

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years of experience designing and managing large-scale enterprise environments
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Infoblox products and industry best practices
3. Strong understanding of routing protocols and overlay technologies
4. Hands-on experience with switching platforms
5. Familiarity with wireless standards and protocols
6. Expertise in Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and related services
7. Proficiency in configuring and managing DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP systems
8. Experience in cloud network automation for cloud-based implementations
9. Ability to act as a DNS network engineer supporting mergers and acquisitions
10. Experience managing remote site transitions from untrusted to trusted networks
11. Knowledge of IT governance standards and compliance frameworks, including ITIL and SOC
12. Advanced analytical skills to leverage complex data for identifying opportunities, diagnosing issues, and drawing logical conclusions
13. Experience working in a global 24/7 support environment
14. Proficiency in English at a B2 level
15. 100% on-site work in the Office / Gdańsk
