Please, be aware that this role requires the ability to be on-call 24/7 once every 4-5 weeks and to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days each week onsite).
responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining the existing network infrastructure, including Data Center, LAN, WAN, SDN, Cloud
Handling service requests.
Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
Diagnosing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN/SDN/Cloud network.
Managing and administering computer network monitoring.
Creating documentation and procedures.
Providing technical support to development and business support teams.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies.
Knowledge of at least Cisco CCNA/CCNP level.
Practical knowledge of network security.
Experience in configuring Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto network devices, like firewalls, switches, routers.
Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/SDN networks.
Good knowledge about routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
Good knowledge about VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec).
Knowledge in network infrastructure monitoring, observability, and alerting would be a great plus.
Experience in Cisco ACI and Cloud Networking would be a big asset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7.
Good spoken and written English and Polish skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
Valid driving license for category B (youll commute to our Data Centers, branches).
