Define and implement the overall network automation architecture, infrastructure, and development roadmap.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for corporate network infrastructure using technologies such as Cisco SDN (SDA/SD-WAN), ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Python, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and AI.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines for network automation development.
Create and maintain documentation for automation solutions, processes, and architectures.
Define data management strategy and manage automation backlog and work planning.
Lead and mentor a team of network automation engineers.
Collaborate with Global Network Architecture, Global Network Operations, and other IT teams to ensure efficient and fit-for-purpose automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network automation issues.
Stay current with emerging network automation technologies and best practices.
Wymagania
5+ years of experience in corporate network automation
Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with Cisco SDA/SD-WAN, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds
Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with AI is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
