responsibilities :
Conduct a detailed assessment of Core Network elements (HSS, STP/DRA, PGW, SMSC, Voice Service, PIG, IP allocation)
Review and analyse processes on which the mobile network is based to identify performance bottlenecks
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve network efficiency, stability, and scalability
Collaborate closely with the Client’s Network Operations team to support knowledge transfer and skill development
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Network Architect or Senior Network Operations Engineer in mobile networking (2G/3G/4G LTE/5G)
Strong knowledge of Core Network protocols and technologies (Diameter, RADIUS, GTP v1/v2, SIP, SIGTRAN, IP routing/switching, BGP, VPN, Firewall, Wireshark)
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Scalyr, Grafana)
Ability to perform network assessments, analyse performance issues, and deliver actionable recommendations
