Our engineers work remotely on the configuration, troubleshooting, and software updates of transmission nodes, ensuring optimal performance and seamless connectivity. responsibilities :
Day-to-day remote operations on transmission network elements (DWDM, ROADM)
Configuration and software updates for optical nodes (e.g., Nokia, Huawei)
Troubleshooting fiber-optic issues, including fault localization and analysis
Use of monitoring tools and automation systems to handle incidents and performance metrics
Close cooperation with international engineering teams and documentation processes
Active participation in team knowledge sharing and technical development initiatives
requirements-expected :
Higher education degree (or last year student) in a technical field
Strong understanding of optical transmission systems and linear fiber-optic infrastructure
Familiarity with DWDM, ROADM technologies and NMS/NEMS management systems
Experience with optical fault analysis and troubleshooting methods
Hands-on use of network monitoring and automation tools
Understanding of network configuration and software rollout processes
French – minimum B2 level required for day-to-day collaboration
English – good working proficiency for documentation and teamwork
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
Self-driven, open to challenges, and eager to learn
