As a Network Access Control Engineer, you will design the enterprise network access control systems to ensure secure and efficient access to the network. Further, you will coordinate with the global security organization to ensure that network security policies are implemented to meet organizational goals and directives.
You will report to the Senior IT Manager in USA s and work in hybrid model in Katowice, Poland.
responsibilities :
Develop access policies for wired, wireless, and VPN connections to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
Integrate the NAC solution with directory services, firewalls, security information and event management (SIEM) tools
You will support the design development process on infrastructure code, configuration, and topology version control & CI/CD workflows
Design, develop and implement role-based access control policies to ensure appropriate user and device authentication
Enforce endpoint compliance by integrating NAC with patch management, antivirus, and other endpoint security systems and policies
Assist network operations with continuous monitoring NAC performance and generating reports on device and user activity
Assist in the identification and resolution of network access issues to ensure minimal change to end users
Conduct regular audits and fine-tune the NAC configuration to align with evolving our requirements
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities detected via NAC systems
Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies in network security
Promote use of new technologies, work with vendors and research and test new hardware/software products in labs and present to improve performance, reliability and reduce costs
Manage enterprise DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) solution
Support the development, standardization, implementation, and maintenance of network topologies and security solutions that suit the requirements of manufacturing processes across all Rockwell Automations manufacturing plants
Provide technical subject matter expertise in the design and implementation to ensure delivery and high availability of Rockwell Automations Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN). Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Virtual Private Network (VPN), extranets
requirements-expected :
Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least five years of progressive experience in the Network Engineering field.
Experience with network access control at a global enterprise
Familiarity with network automation skills
