The Lead NetSuite Systems Administrator will provide strategic leadership in managing the NetSuite ERP system, focusing on sales, finance, and operations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, innovation, and project leadership to ensure optimal system performance. You will collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals.

Your tasks

• Lead strategic direction and administration of NetSuite, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop long-term strategies for system scalability, performance, and integration
• Drive improvements in NetSuite architecture to meet future business needs
• Work closely with senior leadership to address NetSuite requirements across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations)
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business teams to define and prioritize system enhancements
• Identify opportunities for NetSuite innovation, leveraging new technologies and best practices
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and introduce automation
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding on complex system issues
• Promote NetSuite best practices, user training, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience managing NetSuite ERP, including system architecture, integration, and strategic planning                                                                                     
• Expert-level knowledge of NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteApproval) and integrations with other systems
• Maintain NetSuite integrations with SoluPay, Avalara, and any future system integrations
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with executive leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Open for hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
• Residing in Poland required
