Clear recruitment process:

1. Introductory meeting ???? - we are a close-knit team, and getting to know each other is our priority!
2. A brief phone call with the leader of the .NET team ? - to explore how you can contribute to the teams success!
3. Technical screening ⚙ - after that stage, you won’t have any unanswered technical questions!
4. A short meeting with the Team ? – a casual chat to see how we click and give you a feel of our team dynamics!
5. A meeting with your manager -  to get to know each other better and ensure were aligned on values and expectations! ?

Were looking for you if:

• You’re great at collaborating with clients, advising them on solutions, and building long-lasting relationships
• You have experience supporting the team in solving technical problems
• You have 6+ years of commercial experience with .NET and prior hands-on experience in frontend development (e.g., with React or similar frameworks)
• You have a strong background in planning, designing, and executing software architecture and you’re confident in designing technical solutions from the ground up
• You have commercial experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
• You make architectural decisions and ensure code quality according to .NET best practices
• You know Entity Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful APIs
• You speak and understand English at a C1 level
• You can work on a B2B contract / freelance

Nice to have:

• You have experience with React, React Native, GitHub Actions, Gigya SDK, and web app security
• You have practical experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup, infrastructure configuration, and basic networking
