What would I be doing?

• Software Development: contribute to the development of our proprietary software, dedicated fot the e-commerce market.
• Product Management: engage in comprehensive product management, spanning analysis, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Service Maintenance: monitor and maintain the services weve created to ensure optimal performance.

We will give you:

•  Clear and transparent compensation plan. The salary range for this role: from 121.800 - 182.700 PLN. We include the salary range for all our job offers to be clear about our expectations. We will discuss the indicated range with you in the first recruiting call to ensure that we are on the same page. 
• Annual Salary Review:  We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually in order to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.
