For a client in the banking industry, we are looking for a person to fill the position of Net Junior Developer / DevOps
Our client in the banking industry is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of .NET programming and a desire to learn and grow within our organization. You will work closely with senior developers to develop, maintain and improve our web and desktop applications.
What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of experience in .NET development.
- Advance knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Basic understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Basic understanding of Tests Driven Development (TDD)
- Willingness to learn Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Your tasks
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web and desktop applications using the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and receive feedback to improve coding skills and software quality.
- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
