We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to support the modernization of internal software tools used across industrial control systems. The role involves a major technology migration, architecture modularization, and implementation of features enabling automation of decision-making processes in cooperation with domain specialists (material regulatory compliance.
responsibilities :
Migrating application functionalities from WinForms to WPF
Ensuring high performance, usability, and alignment with modern architectural standards
Participating in the redesign and modularization of an existing monolithic application
Collaborating closely with internal teams responsible for material regulations compliance to understand business rules and translate them into robust technical solutions
Implementing features supporting automation of decision-making processes, including logic, workflows, and validation layers
Designing and optimizing database structures
Developing and maintaining unit tests and functional tests to ensure quality and long-term system reliability
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software engineering
Strong experience with C#/.NET and object-oriented programming
Familiarity with WinForms and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
Knowledge of migrating legacy applications or modernizing existing solutions
Good understanding of modular software architecture and component-based design
Solid experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Ability to work independently and meet project milestones
Strong collaboration and communication skills within a project team environment
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
