For our client, a company from banking area, we realize a recruitment process on the position .NET Developer .

Location : hybrid work from Gdańsk (1-2 days in office)

Recruitment process :interview with Devire consultant + 1 meeting on client side

English language : used in daily communication, international environment

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C#/.NET development.
• Proven experience in software development, including designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Strong problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable solutions using C#/.Net and relevant technologies;
• Lead the handover process, ensuring all documentation, code, and knowledge transfer are completed efficiently and accurately;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system design specifications, and migration plans.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the development lifecycle.
