• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in desktop application development
• Fluent English for clear communication
• Proficiency in:
• Languages: C#, Visual Basic, SQL
• Frameworks: .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• GUI Technologies: WPF, Windows Forms (existing apps), WinUI 3 or Blazor Hybrid
