requirements-expected :

At least 4-5 years of experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong focus on back-end development.
Expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and web services (RESTful APIs).
Solid experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and other database management systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive approach to learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
Good polish language skills (day-to-day communication in polish).
