Your responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of software solutions.
• Act as a tech lead in projects and a key resource within complex development tasks.
• Collaborate directly with internal tech teams and business units, acting as a bridge between solution design and technology.
• Optimize and enhance existing software for performance and scalability.
• Support in the resolution of complex incidents.
• Provide the team and the business technical leadership and support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Employer requirements

• Advanced proficiency in software development, including architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Code software solutions with experience in AI Assisted Coding
• Strong experience with .Net development.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and working with various types of data sources.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft with AWS or Google Cloud is beneficial.
• Experience with converting legacy systems and services to modern architecture.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
