Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Integrations, the Product Integration Developer will be responsible for custom data integrations such as point of sale systems, ATMs and teller stations for March Networks Retail and Banking clients, as well as other devices such as sensors & cameras. In addition, you will support our 3rd party development partners with support in using our .NET SDK and Rest APIs. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships and Integrations team, helping our clients track fraud and theft investigations and loss prevention and promoting operational efficiency and employee and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with third parties and internal R&D, QA, and support teams to develop, maintain, and support third-party integrations into our Command Enterprise and Searchlight solutions.
- Support our team in resolving issues reported by our customers.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported from the field. At times, the issue may require interactions with other functional teams.
- Work to standardize and improve the design and development of new integrations into our solutions.
- Share well-developed product knowledge with peers, internal customers and new entrants into the department.
- Independently suggest and implement solutions and workarounds for problems of moderate to high complexity.

- Networking TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, FTP protocols and tools
- Server-side development (attention to scalability, reliability, redundancy) in a Windows environment
- Windows Development (Visual Studio)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the related domain
Non-technical:
- Good English (written and oral) communication is required (daily communication in an international team)
- Good Polish
