Our client is a software and payments company, founded in 2018. They operate across five divisions, offering 30+ essential software solutions for SMEs in the UK and Ireland.
They aim to build a leading software and payments business by combining top talent, products, and integrated solutions, fostering collaboration through their Working Better Together approach.
We are looking for skilled .NET Developers to join one of two Agile teams building modern, cloud-native fintech solutions within our client’s growing technology organization. We’re currently hiring for two separate backend-focused teams, each working on a distinct area of the platform:
First Team – focused on delivering new features for a next-generation cloud-based payment gateway, using event-driven architecture and domain-driven design principles.
Second Team – responsible for building secure, scalable backend services that support core platform functionality, working closely with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams.
Both teams use a modern tech stack including .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, AWS, and microservices, and follow strong engineering practices around CI/CD, secure coding, and clean architecture.

Salary: 110 - 135 PLN net hourly + VAT on B2B contract

responsibilities :

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
Work in a microservice-based architecture with asynchronous messaging (MassTransit, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
Apply Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture principles to model business logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps.
Optimize and interact with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow secure, test-driven development practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

requirements-expected :

4 years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core (latest LTS).
Strong experience in building and consuming Web APIs, including Minimal APIs.
Knowledge of MassTransit, MediatR, and CQRS patterns.
Experience with asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and event-driven systems.
Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of design patterns and secure coding principles (e.g., OWASP).
Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to improve code quality.
Bonus: experience in the payments domain or with PCI DSS compliance.
