We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and build the next generation of enterprise applications and data platforms. In this role, you’ll drive innovation by developing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based backend components, services, and frameworks — including Event Bus, API Gateway, Developer Portals, Job Scheduling, Identity Management, Search, Workflow Orchestration, and Data Integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience building web-scale, highly available SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience with backend platforms, frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational data modeling.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native services.
• Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming languages (preferably C#).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with proven experience in writing high-performance, concurrent, and scalable code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Passion for engineering excellence through automation, unit testing, and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Track record of delivering core platform services, such as API Gateways, Identity Management, Messaging (Kafka or RabbitMQ), Workflow Orchestration, or Job Scheduling.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and data modeling for distributed systems.
• Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft).
• Background in FinTech or financial services domains.
