Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Backend Engineers to join our Tech team. You will work on distributed systems by developing one of our core products, the SaaS which is software for managing medical facilities. We have several openings for 4 different teams with similar requirements.

Qualifications

What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?

• Extensive experience with .NET/C#
• Experience with SQL, and ideally NoSQL databases
• Are not afraid of designing complex functionalities in a scalable architecture
• Believe in optimizing the quality, complexity, and efficiency of the code
• Consider testing as valuable as coding
• Used to working in Agile, high-autonomy teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Care about product management and understanding user needs
• Interest in the business background of a project
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to express yourself freely in English, both verbally and in writing
• Growth mindset: willingness to learn new concepts and approaches
• Proficient in English communication, with a minimum of B2 level
• Experience working in DevOps Culture
• Knowledge regarding queues and messaging systems (such as Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
• Experience with scalable distributed cloud systems.
• Familiar with virtualization tools and container orchestration like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in working with TDD, DDD, and extreme programming practices
• Track record in product-oriented and data-driven environment

Let’s talk money

• A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company. Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;
• For B2B contract: between 14,500 and 19,500 PLN net + VAT monthly or company cost equivalent on Contract of Employment;
• After 6 months of working with us.
