On behalf of NDA, Retail , SD Solutions is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Administrator.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Business Intelligence (BI) Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast with a strong background in creating and managing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining seamless integration between various departments such as Finance, Sales, and IT. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and tailored to departmental needs.
• Monitor and verify data loads to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize data pipelines.
• Serve as a liaison between Finance, Sales, and IT to align data insights with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of reports, data accuracy, and system integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with other BI tools or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent in experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau for designing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong understanding of data quality assurance practices and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Experience with data pipelines and integrations between multiple systems (e.g., Finance, Sales, and IT).
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-departmental teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring data accuracy and improving processes.
• Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for reporting, data integrity, and system reliability.
• Experience in aligning data insights with organizational goals.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, delivering high-quality results under minimal supervision.
