Navigation Information Analyst (Geospatial Technician)

Position Overview

For more than 80 years, Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, has made it possible for pilots and their passengers to safely and efficiently reach their destinations. Our department, divided into teams of about 20-30 people, works on different geo-coverages and gives you a unique opportunity to get familiar with aviation data from many countries.

We are currently looking for a Navigation Information Analyst (Geospatial Technician, entry level) to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze aeronautical data based on external navigational sources.
  2. Create and update digital aviation products with relevant aeronautical data.
  3. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data.
  4. Resolve customer queries and clarify data with providers.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members in Poland and abroad.

We are looking for:

  1. Good command of English and basic command of Polish.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Analytical approach.
  4. Willingness to learn.
  5. Teamwork and effective communication.
  6. Time management and self-organization.

If you have the above, we will teach you the rest!

It will be an advantage if you have:

  1. Education in aviation, geography, geodesy, navigation, or related field.
  2. Experience with GIS and/or CAD software (ESRI ArcMap, Bentley MicroStation, or similar).
  3. Experience with data analysis and/or reading maps.
  4. Interest in aviation and knowledge of the aviation industry.
