For our client - an international pharmaceutical company with a strong global presence due to its strategic investment and opening a Polish office, we are looking for an experienced leader who will be responsible for cooperation with distributors as well as pharmacy chains. The company, in line with its strategic plan, is going to launch high-quality products (RX in different therapeutic areas).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of wholesale distribution and pharmacy chains sales within the pharmaceutical industry (obligatory condition),
  • Very good knowledge of key pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacy chains (necessary condition),
  • Experience in conducting negotiations with distribution and pharmacy chains clients based on contracts,
  • Developed analytical skills and building recommendations based on data,
  • Developed communication and presentation skills,
  • Focus on solving problems and the ability to run projects,
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the companys strategy in terms of sales, maintaining the stock level and distribution and availability of products within pharmacies (independent & chains),
  • Implementation of sales plans, ensuring continuous availability of products portfolio and supporting new launches,
  • Conducting negotiation processes with designated distributors and pharmacy chains (contracts),
  • Building and developing business relationships with partners,
  • Managing the assigned marketing budget, planning activities with individual partners taking into account the market potential,
  • Constant monitoring of business indicators and supervision over the implementation of the assumed goals by individual clients,
  • Close cooperation with other departments within the organization.
