National Key Account Manager - FMCG

• Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Create strategy on the polish market
• Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits.
• Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
