National Key Account Manager Ceresit (m/f)

basic salary + performance bonus + thirteenth salary

• Manage a team responsible for cooperation with key customers on a national level, including team development and achievement of business objectives
• Achieve sales and profit targets through effective management of assigned key customer accounts
• Plan and control the budget related to assigned clients
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with long-term business goals
• Negotiate commercial terms, define pricing strategies, and oversee the execution of contractual agreements
• Analyze financial results and take corrective actions to ensure profitability
• Organize and oversee the execution of promotional and marketing activities with key clients
• Identify new business opportunities and manage development projects in line with defined objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to ensure consistent execution and high-quality customer service

Our requirements

• Several years of experience in managing key customer accounts on a national or regional level
• A university degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve business goals
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Confidence in working with budgets and interpreting financial data to drive decisions
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to account planning and execution
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and focus on delivering measurable results
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
