responsibilities :

• Lead project and team for MVB initiatives
• Conduct detailed planning, milestone development, report development
• QA responsible for MVB deliverables
• Drive validation of recovery documentation with application and technical teams
• Drive desktop testing with applications teams
• Alignment with BCCM, ITSCM, incident management
• Analyse existing documentation (TRRDs, SLAs, BIAs and other recovery documentation)
• Analyse application dependencies and identify dependencies critical for recovery
• Analyse infrastructure dependencies
• Develop MVB-specific recovery documentation describing sequence of steps to recover specific applications
• Document relevant processes for MVB implementation

• Existing Nordea organization unable to provide resource within timeframe and needed capabilities (confirmed by head of BCCM)
• Specific experience and knowledge within catastrophic loss preparation and technical recovery playbooks required to drive this role
• Just completed same work on MVB and playbooks with another large bank
• Will be able to provide up-to-date, specific knowledge and enable timely execution of project
• Experience with Minimal Viable Organizations/Banks and technical recovery
• Knowledge of recovery documentation and playbook development
• Understanding of application and infrastructure dependencies
• Experience with desktop testing and validation processes
