Description
We are seeking a skilled Murex Front Office Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and enhancing the Murex trading platform . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance user-facing features that improve performance and user experience.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in Murex Front Office configuration and development.
- Proficiency with Murex tools , including MxML, Datamart, and FO-related modules like Market Data, Simulation Viewer, or Real-Time Workflows.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with pricing models and risk concepts such as PnL, VaR, and sensitivities.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, including FX, Rates, Equities, Commodities, and Derivatives.
- Knowledge of trading workflows, position management, and front office operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Polish language - fluent .
- EU passport - possibility of business trips.
Advantage is:
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Murex 3.1 or later versions.
Your future role
- Configure and enhance Murex modules for front office functionalities, including pricing, trade execution, and risk management.
- Develop bespoke scripts and workflows using Murex tools (MxML, Datamart).
- Work directly with traders and quantitative analysts to capture requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with other development teams and system integrators to ensure seamless integration of Murex into the broader technology ecosystem.
- Optimize and improve system performance, latency, and reliability for real-time trading activities.
- Provide technical expertise to streamline pricing model implementations and market data integration.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for system changes.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for solutions, workflows, and processes.
