Responsibilities
- Provide customer care and support in your native language plus English
- Handle orders, deliveries, product settings, or account inquiries (depending on project)
- Support global customers with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies
- Review and moderate online content and ads (some roles may include exposure to sensitive material)
- Deliver professional and solution-oriented service at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the listed languages and English
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to relocate and work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Flexibility to work within the assigned schedule (Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday)
