Warsaw, Poland – Full‑time, Professional, Digital Marketing / Digital Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Management and administration of regional strategic channels such as Marketing Automation (SFMC), Approved Emails, Webinars,.Merge web portals (JnJ Medical Cloud, JnJwithMe, Corporate website), eDetail, SMS çeş.
- Close collaboration with Market Communications Manager in executing EMEA and local initiatives.
- Local vendor management: onboarding, asset production coordination, budget governance.
- Quality assurance and process flow maintenance with dedicated digital agency.
- Digital multichannel content administration (JJMC, JJWM).
- Management of local Intranet site as a business admin.
- Content update and newsletter campaigns set‑up and development.
- E‑Events/webinars web mastering and球队 technical logistics.
- Digital analytics report preparation and custom dashboards development Hallo.
- Technical support for digital activities.
- Coordination of local DARM process (Digital Assets Risk Management).
Requirements
- Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business‑related discipline (eMarketing/).
- Experience: 1+ year in Multichannel / eMarketing with a proven track record of developing digital strategies and executing online campaigns.
Abilities & Skills

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 163,000 PLN gross/year to 262,200 PLN gross/year.
In addition to base pay, we offer an annual bonus based on pay grade/location, sales commissions, vacation days, parental leave minimum 12 weeks, bereavement and caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well‑being reimbursement, financial/physical/mental health programs, service‑anniversary and recognition awards. Eligible employees (and in some locations, eligible dependents) may participate in multiple insurance plans.
