The Client is a non-asset U.S. based global logistics provider that specializes in domestic transportation management, international freight forwarding and retail consolidation solutions.
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration solutions.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of APIs and integration flows.
Develop and maintain reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for MuleSoft projects.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration flows.
Work closely with DevOps to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of MuleSoft applications.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing MuleSoft applications and APIs.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document integration designs, processes, and configurations for future reference.
Stay up to date with MuleSoft capabilities, integration trends, and cloud technologies.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of integration development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on MuleSoft development and deployment (preferably on CloudHub).
Strong experience designing, building, and operating APIs (REST/SOAP) and microservices on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Proficiency with DataWeave transformations, error handling, orchestration, and MuleSoft connectors.
Hands-on experience with API design (RAML, OpenAPI), API-led connectivity patterns, and full API lifecycle management.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git, and containerization/cloud deployment.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and messaging fundamentals (queues/streams).
Experience securing APIs and integrations (OAuth, JWT, SAML, etc.) and applying observability best practices (logging/monitoring).
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with proven ability to work in Agile teams.
