• Project area: development of a company portal with various integrations
• Project management methodology: mix of SCRUM and Waterfall
• Project duration: until 06.2026 with possible extension
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Project scope:

• Develop and configure components for Viva Connections (home site, sub-sites, apply branding, audience targeting, global navigation, governance processes, news templates, adaptive cards, web parts, integrations)
• Validate technical feasibility of satisfying implementation of business requirements in a proposed way
• Define development requirements for all approved functionalities
• Calculate the time and effort required for the development mentioned above
• Participate in sprint planning and other sprint-related activities as assigned by project manager
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Viva Connections or related tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online configuration, including home site and sub-site setup, branding, audience targeting, global navigation, and governance processes
• Hands-on experience with creating and configuring adaptive cards, web parts, and integrations for Viva Connections
• Strong understanding of implementing MVP projects, including roadmap creation, strategic planning, and platform optimization
• Proven ability to validate the technical feasibility of business requirements and align them with project goals
• Experience in developing M365 services integrations, particularly for Viva Engage and Viva Connections
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for enhancing platform capabilities
• Strong skills in M365 environment reviews and infrastructure setup
• Previous involvement in sprint planning, and business goal definition is preferred
• Ability to estimate time and effort for development and implementation tasks
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
• Ready to work partially in the US time zone
