We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MS SQL & Power BI Database Developer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role you will be responsible for database development, management and maintenance, reviewing backlog, monitoring development impact on the IDM family products, scheduling and leading software deployments.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Power BI front and back end experts and providing support to the team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the IAM vision, working in coordination with IAM PSOs to develop product plans based on business demands.
Your expertise will be pivotal in elevating our current product to the next level.
Everyday tasks:
- Development and maintenance of the IDM Reporting database and ETL processes: SQL Server database, SSAS database.
- Monitoring data synchronizations and database performance.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Third level support

Your Profile:
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Over 5 years of experience in database development.
- Education: Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology, Computing and Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, with a proven track record of database development.
- Strong working knowledge of SSAS DB, PowerBI data modelling, SSRS Reporting, normalization, data integrity, ETLs processes.
- Experience in leading agile/scrum product development teams.

- Enthusiastic team player comfortable working in a dynamic environment within an international team, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Openness to travel when required.
Language Skills:
- Fluent/proficient level in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
