• As a MS Dynamics 365 Developer, you will collaborate closely with our clients, offering expert analysis and guidance on business processes. You will be responsible for translating requirements into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 for Sales (online) and will actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including code delivery, reviews, and production releases.

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions using MS Dynamics 365 based on client requirements.
• Participate in and manage full-cycle Dynamics CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across all builds.
• Collaborate with the team to groom backlog tasks and provide input during sprints.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developments.
• Assist in daily stand-ups, providing solutions to unblock project stories.
• Lead and support production releases to ensure smooth deployments.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, including at least 3 full lifecycle projects.
• Proficiency in developing with the CRM SDK to interface with Dynamics CRM programmatically.
• Expertise in customizing Dynamics CRM to meet business needs, especially in Dynamics 365 for Sales (online).
• Experience working with Canvas Apps, Pages, and PCF controls on the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Strong background in the Microsoft .NET stack, including .NET 4.6.2, C#, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong skills in test-driven development (TDD), including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Experience with GIT for source control.
