• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of finance-related processes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that support key financial operations and system integrations within a global enterprise environment.
• This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, collaborating with finance stakeholders, and delivering scalable, high-quality ERP solutions.
• Hybrid work - Katowice (1 day per week or occasional visits)

• Design, develop, and maintain standard and custom features within D365 F&O, following best practices
• Deliver solutions across finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting
• Build and manage integrations using tools such as OData, REST APIs, Data Entities, DMF, and file-based data exchanges
• Optimize performance of high-volume integrations where API-based approaches may be limited
• Develop and improve batch processes, system performance, and monitoring capabilities
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; support or implement CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Work closely with functional consultants, finance teams, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, including security (roles, duties, privileges), data entities, and batch processing
• Hands-on experience with integrations (OData, REST, Data Entities) and understanding of middleware concepts
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (work items, repositories, pipelines)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including performance optimization
• Good understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, banking, fixed assets)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to make occasional office visits
