The ideal candidate:
- has a background in consulting or experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation partner, and strong experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM projects as a technical solution architect.
- possesses at least 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 platform as a developer or technical consultant.
- is experienced in all phases of implementation projects, including presales and business development.
- demonstrates excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
- has experience leading teams, including mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- holds relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform). Azure certifications are a significant advantage
