responsibilities :
Assisting functional resources and business analysts with requirements gathering and providing design guidance for significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
Facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and define technical solutions
Designing and implementing solution architecture in alignment with business goals and enterprise frameworks
Providing leadership and technical guidance to project teams to ensure the accurate delivery of project plans
Advising on best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents
Participating in implementation, customization, and configuration for Dynamics 365 solutions
Communicating complex technical topics to audiences with varying levels of expertise
Supporting the upgrade and maintenance of D365 cloud solutions
Assisting in the development of solution proposals, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps
Ensuring the appropriate use of native features versus custom development within the Dynamics 365 environment
