What You Bring

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or commodity buying within the automotive industry.

Skills : Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in SAP, MRP, and advanced Excel.

Expertise : Understanding of BOMs, IATF 16949 standards, and manufacturing processes.

Languages : Fluency in English and Polish.
