Location : Gliwice, Poland

Working Mode: Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home office)

Your Role As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless program execution and success by:

1. Leading cross-functional teams to integrate plant operations with launch managers.
2. Balancing cost, time, quality, and resources to optimize program performance.
3. Proactively managing risks and implementing strategic problem-solving initiatives.
4. Ensuring all customer milestones are met on time with high-quality deliverables.
5. Overseeing program quality objectives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
6. Driving on-time PPAP approvals for purchased components.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education : Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience : Strong background in Program Management within a technical or manufacturing setting.

Leadership : Proven ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.

Decision-Making : Analytical mindset with a talent for balancing engineering, financial, and quality factors.

Technical Skills : Hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, and proficiency in MS Project.

Languages : Fluency in English is required; German or French is a plus.
