responsibilities :


  • Create high‑quality motion design across a range of formats, including 2D animation, 3D animation, typography, and mixed‑media outputs.
  • Translate creative concepts into storyboards, animatics, and final animated deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, producers, editors, and designers to develop and refine ideas.
  • Work within brand guidelines to produce consistent, high‑impact visual content.
  • Support the development of concepts and creative exploration for new briefs.
  • Optimise motion assets for different channels and platforms, ensuring technical accuracy and best‑practice delivery.
  • Manage project timelines effectively, communicating progress and identifying any challenges or risks early.
  • Contribute to innovation by exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches, including real‑time, generative, and emerging motion technologies.
  • Maintain organised project files, structures, and versions to support smooth collaboration with the wider team.

requirements-expected :


  • Professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar creative role within a studio, agency, or production environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in industry‑standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally Cinema 4D or other 3D software. 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion design work across a range of styles and applications. 
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop compelling visual solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, pacing, and composition. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, from asset creation to final delivery. 
  • Confidence working collaboratively across teams and communicating effectively. 
  • A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. 
  • Interest in new technologies, platforms, and creative techniques within motion and design.
