Hey ? We’re building the future of music with an AI‑remix app, and we are looking for a Motion Designer who can turn beats into visuals that feel alive. Your job: 50% marketing (make short ads, and reels that people can’t scroll past) and 50% ai‑content (reels, ai‑music videos, ai‑content for app and socials).

What You’ll Do

• Create short‑form ads (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts, Snaps)
• Build strong product vision through video, demos, etc that make AI magic clear
• Edit reels, memes, and UGC‑style posts in a fast, trend‑native way
• Design with AI: music visualizers, lyrics animations, looping content, ai‑music videos
• Collaborate on launch campaigns + product video
• Use AI tools (voiceovers, video, image, avatars) to push creativity

Tools You’ll Use

Core tools: Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or Final Cut), Photoshop, Illustrator + Anything you need to make videos fast.

Audio Sync Skills: understanding beats, drops, transitions, rhythm pacing.

AI Tools:

• Voiceovers
• Music + SFX generators
• AI video
• AI image
• AI avatars / UGC generation

What We’re Looking for

• 3+ years experience in motion design, editing, or digital content
• A creative soul that wants to level up in brand identity

Portfolio Requirements

• Short‑form ads or reels with strong storytelling
• Visuals synced tightly to music/voice
• Trendy, culture‑aware edits (you know TikTok/IG flows)
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and pacing — your cuts match the beat

Motion Sense

• You feel the beat - cuts, transitions, and effects hit in rhythm
• You understand flow + pacing in 5–15s videos
• You bring taste + culture awareness (Gen Z/Alpha styles, memes, formats)
• You know how to make even simple edits feel fresh and alive
• Bonus (nice‑to‑have): screen replacements, tracking, compositing, VFX
