Job Description

Position – how you’ll contribute

We’re looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team and help us produce outstanding graphic and multimedia content. You’ll be responsible for creating innovative designs, animations, and branding materials that enhance our visual communication strategies. Your projects will be used across different channels, allowing you to fully utilize your talent and creativity while collaborating with our marketing team.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role, such as motion design, graphic design, multimedia design, or similar fields.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign).
• Proficiency in 2D animation and video editing.
• Proven experience designing on-brand, visually striking content for digital platforms.
• Experience creating brand books and branding guidelines that ensure consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• A keen eye for detail, imagination, and dedication to producing unique, impactful designs.

Additional Skills – The Edge You Have

• Experience in video recording and podcast production, creating polished and professional visual and audio content.
• Ability to edit business photos and adapt them to branding needs; experience with photo sessions.
• Strong command of English that enables seamless communication on an international team.
