about-project :


  • As a Functional/Technical Business Analyst you will be instrumental in delivering functionality around Capital and Liquidity reporting using the Moody’s Risk Authority (Moody’s RAY) application. This includes providing expertise in configuring, customizing and regression testing the various aspects of the system.

responsibilities :


  • Profound knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, including EBA, COREP, and FINREP reporting requirements, or equivalent EMEA regulator rules for local reporting to country regulators such as PRA, CSSF, BAFIN.
  • Hands-on experience with ECL, COREP, LCR, NSFR, and knowledge of EBA compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including Oracle database SQL statements and stored procedures.
  • Detailed understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, encompassing documentation, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Ability to document and deliver comprehensive, high-quality business requirements and functional specifications, including detailed regulatory calculations and reporting requirements for review and sign-off by regulatory reporting BAU teams.
  • Preparation of detailed test cases and expected results for multiple deliverables.
  • Experience in documentation, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
  • Regulatory subject matter expertise, providing support to technical teams and reviewing and signing off on their functional specifications.
  • Proactive escalation of issues and risks to the Project Manager, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies.

requirements-expected :


  • Experience in working on business requirements and functional specification documents for EBA regulatory capital and Bank of England calculations and reporting (or equivalent EMEA regulator rules), particularly handling large volumes of data.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting or projects functions is desirable.
  • Ability to articulate risks versus rewards surrounding project dynamics.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems skillfully and use logic to reach solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in the quality of work.
