• Terraform

• This project involves ensuring the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure by managing and optimizing monitoring systems, with a focus on Dynatrace and Terraform. You will play a key role in automating and refining the monitoring environment, providing insights through dashboards, and supporting development teams to improve operational efficiency. The role also includes managing service level objectives (SLOs) and troubleshooting complex monitoring issues.

• You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.
• You will manage and enhance our monitoring systems, provide critical insights through dashboards, and support development teams in achieving operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance scripts for automating the provisioning of the monitoring environment using Terraform.
• Implement, test, and manage configuration changes in line with operational needs.
• Manage and optimize Dynatrace interfaces, including token management, and ensure alignment with system updates through regular reviews of Dynatrace release notes.
• Provide expert consultation on complex monitoring issues and support development teams in service instrumentation.
• Assist in defining and maintaining service level objectives (SLOs) and provide incident analysis to resolve monitoring-related issues effectively.

• We are looking forward to your successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable technical course of study.
• Expertise in Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in Terraform for Configuration as Code.
• Strong analytical capabilities for implementing and refining monitoring strategies.
• Relevant certifications in Dynatrace and Terraform.
• Proactive approach to aligning monitoring solutions with business needs.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, as well as strong collaboration and consultation skills to support cross-functional teams.
• Very good communication skills in English complete your profile.
• You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice.
