MongoDB Expert

We are looking for a MongoDB Expert for advisory purposes for the client who is a recognized leader in financial post-trade processing solutions and services, helping banks, capital markets, buy-side firms, and corporations improve operational control, reduce costs, create new revenue streams, mitigate risk, and comply accurately with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibility will be:
- Act as a subject matter expert on MongoDB database schema design and optimization.
- Review the existing MongoDB database schema and provide detailed feedback and recommendations.
- Advise on best practices for database scalability, performance, and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine and enhance the current database model.
- Ensure that the database design aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a MongoDB Expert, with a strong focus on database schema design and optimization.
- Proven experience working with AWS and cloud-based database solutions.
- Strong understanding of database scalability, performance tuning, and best practices in MongoDB.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in post-trade processing, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice to technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic insights that drive the success of the project.
